FLOURISH is a mentoring program that can be led by church staff to pair women in different stages of their spiritual life together. Within these intentional relationships, mentees grow through authentic community, devoted time in Scripture, and prayer. This 12-month journey is designed to:
- Establish a lifelong passion and habit of studying God’s Word.
- Raise up a new generation of active church members who give, serve, and grow in their faith.
- Reignite the connection between your church and the women in your community.
- Provide hope and resilience in the face of today’s unique challenges.
